• Basic Of Communication
Q1 :- What do you mean by communication ?
Ans :- Generally Communication is defined as the process of transmitting ideas , thoughts , feeling , knowledge , information etc. It is derived from a Latin word 'communicare' which means to share knowledge , feelings , ideas , information , views etc. from one source to another.
Q2 :- Write the steps of the process of communication ?
Ans:- The process of communication has five steps:

Q3 :- What is noise in communication ?
Ans :- Noise is a kind of disturbance in the process of communication. It destroyed the smooth flow of information from sender to receiver. It breaks down the process of communication and create barrier. Noise enter in the process from anywhere and leads to either miscommunication or ineffective communication.

Ans:- There are four pre-conditions for communication process:

Ans:- Internal communication :- It is a type of communication within the organisation. This is also known as internal communication. When the communication takes place between the employees of the same organisation , it is called inter- departmental / internal communication. Internal communication includes Demi- official letter, notice, memo, instructions , orders etc.
External communication :- The communication between an organisation and outsiders is called external communication. It is needed for smooth conduction and the progress of the business. This form of communication take place through personal visit , telephonic and postal services. Tha external communication includes acknowledgement , enquiries , tender , conferences etc.

Naming words are called noun. The name of a person , place , caste , group , state , material etc is called noun.

A dog is sitting on the road near the rear wheel of the cycle. He look like his pet dogs as he was wearing dog collar around his neck. The boy seems surprised on his condition. Time is very precious we should not waste our time. Time once lost is lost forever. If you waste your time , time will wast you. Money spent can be earned again but it is not so with time. Time one spent and gone can never be got back. Almost everything in the world can be purchased , but time lost cannot be purchased. As it s takes that s move from the present to the past if you have not properly use that single second when it was in the present it is a second wasted and it is already lost and become the past no amount of crying a trying and can bring you back the past if you want success in life make proper use of time mind the present and make full use of it.
